2. Pre-Orders & Purchases

Seasonal pre-orders placed through our website are subject to availability and bakery capacity. Payment details submitted during pre-orders are processed securely for order fulfillment. Pickup dates and times selected at checkout are binding unless modified with advance notice.

3. Consent to Marketing Communications

By submitting your personal information through any form on this website—including pre-order forms, contact forms, waitlists, newsletters, or signups—you expressly consent to Fireman's Mercantile & Bakery contacting you and sending marketing and promotional communications. 4. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-baked goods, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup date. Refunds or store credits for late cancellations are at the sole discretion of bakery management.
